I took back the sentence saying the book is also sold on Leanpub
Chapter 15 said the English edition is sold on both Gumroad and Leanpub. When I actually went to list it, Leanpub now requires a paid author membership to publish at all — $12.99 a month at the cheapest tier that accepts a finished EPUB. At a royalty of $7.92 a copy that means selling close to two copies every month just to cover the subscription, and at that moment the English edition had not sold a single copy. So I put the listing on hold and rewrote the passage as "sold on Gumroad, with Leanpub held back for this reason and restarted on this condition." The chapter argues that a rejection deserves a written reason, so rather than quietly delete the error I left the whole decision in view. The Leanpub and Kmong entries in Appendix C were corrected to match.
Added a companion file you hand to your own AI, and updated Appendix E
The template pack now includes a new file, give-this-to-your-ai.md. Hand it to your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or any other) and it becomes a guide through the whole book — which chapter to read before each phase, which Appendix B item to check when you're stuck, and what has changed since the book was printed. Most of all, it carries five safety gates the AI holds even against you (for one, it refuses to set up live-account trading before a month of paper trading and a passed validation), covering real money, secrets, deletions, investment advice, and irreversible changes. Appendix E has been updated to include the file ("five templates, six files").
Fixed a typesetting defect that printed every caption twice
Every one of the book's 93 figures had its caption printed twice, and that typesetting defect is now fixed. The EPUB converter (pandoc) was emitting the caption once as the image's alt text and again as a visible caption below it, which doubled it. Nothing in the content changed — only the presentation was cleaned up.
Corrected platform facts: YouTube quota, Google sign-in, and monetization
A whole section — the one working out how many videos YouTube lets you upload in a day — was simply wrong, and it has been rewritten. In December 2025 Google reworked its quota system, so the old arithmetic ('divide 10,000 by 1,600 and get six videos a day') no longer holds: in reality, uploads and searches each cap at 100 a day, with everything else drawn from a shared pool of 10,000 units. The Google sign-in (OAuth) screens have since been split apart, so that walkthrough was redone to match the new structure (Branding → Audience → Data Access, eleven steps), and the YouTube monetization requirements were separated into their two real thresholds (500 subscribers unlocks fan funding only; ad revenue needs 1,000 subscribers plus 4,000 watch-hours, applied per channel). Along the way I added a book-level disclaimer page up front, shipped the Appendix E template pack as a file you can actually download, and fixed a scatter of smaller facts.
